There is no request form to add something you've made. The only way to create or edit something on here is to already be in contact with Forensic Cannibalism and send over the files and instructions. If you tried to reach out then you wouldn't be ingored, though.

Assuming you're already in contact, anything you make must have no ads, no data-theft, and must stay within our relatively light hardware capabilities. As long as these guidelines are met and you aren't trying to upload anything clearly malicious, then you won't be turned down.
